Hi, I'm Harshita Golecha — founder of The HG Label. I started this brand with one simple belief: fashion shouldn't have a size limit. What began as Instagram DMs grew into thousands of happy customers across India who finally found clothes made exactly for them. At The HG Label, every garment is custom made to your exact measurements and specifications. We put our heart into every stitch — and your satisfaction is our top priority.

No Returns or Exchanges

Since all our garments are made-to-order specifically for you, we do not offer returns. However, we offer free alterations and exchanges in the following cases:

  • The garment does not match the measurements you provided
  • There is a manufacturing defect or stitching issue
  • The colour or fabric is significantly different from what was agreed

How to Raise a Request

Simply WhatsApp or DM us within 48 hours of receiving your order with:

  • Your order details
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

We will respond within 24 hours and resolve it personally.

Non-Eligible Cases

  • Change of mind after the order is placed
  • Incorrect measurements provided by the customer
  • Customisations exactly as requested but preferences changed

We offer free shipping on all orders across India. No minimum order value. No hidden charges. Ever.

Delivery Timeline

Since every garment is custom made from scratch, please allow time for crafting:

  • Processing & Stitching: 7–14 working days after measurements are confirmed
  • Shipping: 3–5 working days after dispatch
  • Total estimated time: 10–20 working days

You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide! International shipping charges and timelines are calculated based on your location. Please WhatsApp us before placing an international order for a shipping quote.

Custom Made to Order

All products at The HG Label are made-to-order. Production begins only after measurements and payment confirmation. Cancellations are not accepted once production has started.

Measurements Responsibility

The customer is responsible for providing accurate measurements. We send a detailed measurement guide to help. The HG Label is not responsible for fit issues arising from incorrect measurements provided by the customer.

Customisation

All customisation requests (colour, length, sleeves, etc.) must be clearly communicated and confirmed before production begins. Changes cannot be made once stitching has started.

Payment

Payment is required before production begins. We accept UPI, bank transfer, and other digital payment methods. Details will be shared via WhatsApp upon order confirmation.

Intellectual Property

All designs, photos, and content on this website and @thehglabel Instagram belong to The HG Label. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Surat, Gujarat.
